Short Recipe Description
Rajma boiled : 1 cup*
Onion Chopped: 1 small
Coriander chopped : 1tbsp
Sweetcorn boiled and crushed : 1tbsp
Roasted channa powder : 1-2tbsp
Salt as per taste
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Chaat Masala : 1 tsp
Fab Chilli Extract : 1/2 tsp
Ghee for shallow fry
Take rajma and mash them with potato masher.
Add all the rest of ingredients and make a dough consistency mixture.
You can adjust channa powder as per requirements but do not add too much .
Make kebab and let ot rest in fridge for 1 hr .
Take ghee in a iron tava and shallow fry .
Do not flip too much else they will break.
Arrange it in a plate and garnish with few drops of chilli extract and chaat masala.
Serve hot with onions and coriander chutney .
* Can use left over cooked rajma masala . just dry out completely and process rest with the same .
