Short Recipe Description

Chia seed pudding is a super-tasty and extremely easy way to sneak healthy fats into your diet. Chia seeds are filled with omega-3 fatty acids

INGREDIENTS
For the chia seeds layer
25 gm chia seeds
200 ml coconut milk
50 gm honey
Green guava flavor 1 TSP

For the quinoa layer
25 gm quinoa
150 ml water
METHOD

For the Chia Seeds layer

1. Add honey to milk and mix well.
2. Add the seeds to this and mix well rest for 3 - 4 hours.
3. Add the flavor mix well and keep aside.

For the quinoa layer
Cook the mixture till done add little water if needed.

1. Add date paste to the above prepared mixture and mix well.
2. Add Imli goli( optional)
3. Add the pani puri flavour and mix well.

Assembling

To assemble
1. Slice fresh guavas
2. In the bottom of the jar place the sliced guavas
3. Spread layer of the chia seed
4. Next arrange the orange segment on this layer
5. Spread the quinoa layer now spread some guava then some chia pudding and garnish with guava slice, orange and mint leaves.
Serve cold

Baker Tips/Notes

-To prepare date paste
Soak the dates in a warm water and churn in a Food processer/Mixer.

-Honey can be substituted by Coconut sugar/Brown Sugar/Date paste.
