INGREDIENTS
Bread slices 200 gms paneer 1 small onion finely sliced 1 heaped tbsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp jeera 1 tsp each of chilli powder, haldi powder,amchur powder,green chilli paste 1 tbsp of dried mint leaves 3_4 drops of Fab premium oil soluble green chilli essence 2_3 drops of Fab premium oil soluble lemon rind essence 1 big heaped tbsp of Apyura Natkhat Chatpat spread Few sprigs corriander leaves finely chopped Green curd chutney 2 tbsp of hung curd Fistful of corriander leaves 1 tbsp of mint leaves 3 green chillies 2_3 pods of garlic 1 tsp jeera Salt to taste Grated cheese and red chilli sauce fr decoration |
METHOD
Take oil in a kadhai.add in jeera.all the spice powders, fry. Add in chopped onion. Fry. Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilli paste. Fry. Add the Natkhat chatpat spread from Apyura. Add the grated paneer and mint leaves.salt to taste. Fry till nice and dry . Add the 2 essences when the mixture is cooled.mix well.
Grind all the ingredients fr the green chutney.
Assembling
For each sandwich keep a base bread and cut off the centre circle from the top bread. On a tawa add a sp of butter and fry both the slices lightly. Again put the lower slice on the tawa.spread a thin layer of green chutney.top with the centre cut bread. Fill the centre with paneer mixture.top with grated cheese. Cover and cook on slow fire till nice and crisp. Take it onto a plate and drizzle red chilli sauce and a dollop of the green chutney.
