METHOD
Make cup cakes with the ingredients, bake cool .
Make a spread with white chocolate, fresh cream and fresh cream , cool and pipe on cups sprinkle red chilli powder..
Assembling
Bake cup cakes then pipe Rosettes with the spread , cream, whitechocolate. Sprinkle some red chilli powder.
