INGREDIENTS
Chana.( without water)...225 gm
(I have used Amul Taza milk ......1.5 lit)
Powder Sugar...55gm
Butterscotch Bits...25gm
Amul fresh cream...25hm
Amul butter...10gm
Fab oil soluble BUTTERSCOTCH Essence...2...3drop
METHOD

First prepare Butterscotch sauce)
1)On a pan mix Butterscotch bits,butter and fresh cream and cook on slow fire ,till the entire thing comes together, switch off fire and let it cool down.
2) Grind the chana in mixer for 10 second
U will get a creamy smooth paste..
(Don't grind for long, otherwise it will be watery)
3) On a non stick pan mix powdered sugar and
little chana and cook on slow flame for 1min till
all the sugar dissolves.
4) Add remaining chana and cook for another 5
minutes stirring continuously
5) Remove from fire, let it cool down
6)Add Butterscotch sauce to the chana mixture.
7)Add Fab oil soluble Butterscotch essence
8)Mix well and divide into 7 equal part.
9) Make smooth roundels of it
