Short Recipe Description
Here is something different type of kachori with the stuffing of mawa. And is to be served with Kesar, Rabdi and nuts. This is sweet dish. This kachori can be served as desserts.

INGREDIENTS
Bread 2 slice Mawa for filling Milk for soaking Oil for frying Nuts and kesar for garnishing Fab Milk masala Flavour For sugar syrup ( Chasni ) Sugar 1 cup Water 1/2 cup |
METHOD
For Filling -
1. Take some Mawa and add some cardamom powder , little black pepper and mix it.
2. Also if u don't have Mawa you can take Milkcake. In milkcake you don't need to add anything.
For Frying -
1. Take some Ghee in kadhai or in PAN
For Kachori -
1. Bread
2. Some milk
For Chasni -
1. Make chasni using sugar and water. just like we used to make for jalebi.
How to make -
1. Take 2 slice of bread and cut in and round shape with glass or katori or round cutter.
2. Add 1drop of milk masala Flavour in milk.Now dip 1 slice round bread in milk and put in one hand and press lightly with your another hand.
3. Now add Mawa / Milkcake filling in center.
4. Now take second slice of round bread and dip in milk and press lightly with your hand and cover the kachori. Press the border of kachori.
5. Now put in a hot ghee for frying. When it become brown in color take out from pan.
6. Now dip it in a chasni.
7. Take out in a serving bowl and pour rabdi (market or homemade) on top of the kachori
8. Garnish with some nuts and kesar.
