INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for blueberry mousse:::--- 75 gram - dried blueberry 25gram - sugar 50 gram- fresh cream 40 gram -white chocolate Half tea spoon -fab blueberry essence rasgulla Rabri -- Half kg full cream milk 3 tea spoon cornflour 25 gram sugar Half teaspoon - Rasmalai essence |
METHOD
1-- soak blueberry in one fourth cup warm water for half hour.
2--cook blueberry & sugar in medium flame till sugar dissolves & mixture thickens.
3--make a smooth paste of blueberry.
4-- melt white chocolate with cream & cool it.
5-mix blueberry paste in chocolate mixture.
6--add blueberry essence in this after the mixture cools
1--boil milk till it thickens,add sugar .
2--add cornflour in two teaspoons normal milk & mix in thicken milk to make a rabri & cook for five minutes.
3--cool this rabri & add rasgulla cut in half.now add fab rasmalai essence.
Assembling
1-- cool both mixture for two hours in fridge.
2--stir the mixture so there is no lumps
3--take glass & set a layer of rabri.keep this in freezer for ten minutes.
4-- now layer this with blueberry mousse.& Set it in freezer for ten minutes.
5- repeat till glass edge.garnish with white chocolate & half cut rasgulla.top with blueberry sauce.
6-- serve chilled.
7--white & purple colours looks very beautiful.fab essence enhance d the taste of this pudding.
