Cream cheese 1/2 cup
Whipped cream 3/4 cup
Very berry crush 1/4 cup
Apyura black current spread 4/6 tbsp
Icing sugar 2/4 tbsp (optional )
Take a bowl and do add cream cheese and icing sugar and beat it with hand mixer .Once beat nicely mix the whipped cream and beat for one or two mnts till both incorporate well .Now add very berry crush and mix and keep in fridge for 15mnts .Meanwhile take another bowl and add black current spread and do add 4/5 tbsp milk and mix well untill u get a smooth spreadable paste .Take tall glass and on bottom of glass put chocolate sponge and soak that with very berry crush wait for few minutes and aft that take a piping bag with a round tip and pour the ready cream now fill half of glass with this cream and lightly tap then spread a nice coat around 2/3 tbsp of Apyura Black current spread and then fill the rest of glass with the cream .Keep in fridge for at least 4 hours and then serve it
You can take vanilla sponge too .If you get fresh berry you can add .
