2Cup Milk [ full fat ]
1 Cup Milk Powder
1 Cup whipping cream [liquid & Chilled]
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk
ICE CREAM BASE METHOD
• Mix these ingredients in a mixing bowl
• Beat the mixture for 8 - 10 Minutes
•Keep the mixture in airtight container in the freezer compartment.
• After 3 hours, take it out and best it again for 5 - 10 minutes. Timing depends on the quality of whipping cream used.Beat it to make it soft and liquid consistency.Add flavours and fruits to prepare final Icecream
Keep the mixture in freezer for minimum 3 hours. Always use airtight container your Icecream is ready.

1/4 cup APYURA BLACK CURRANT SPREAD
2 drops purple colour [ oil/ Gel colour]
