1/2 CUP OIL

2 CUP MILK
11/2 TBSP VENEGAR
1 CUP CASTER SUGAR
2TSP BAKING POWDER
1TSP BAKING SODA

SOAKING-SUGAR SYRUP

FILLING 500 GM WHIPPED CREAM CAKE, 100 GM KHOYA OR MAWA, CONDENSED MILK 3 TBSP MILK POWDER-2 TBSP,MAWA ESSENCE ½ TSP,CARDAMOM POWDER-1/2 TSP MIX EVERYTHING ADD 2 TBSP CHOPPED ALMONDS AND 2 TBSP CHOPPED CASHEW 8551 8510
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1TSP
METHOD

1. ADD MILK TO VINEGAR AND LEAVE TO CURDLE
2. SIEVE DRY INGREDIENTS
3. ADD OIL TO CURDLE MILK & ADD VANILLA ESSENCE
4. MIX WITH DRY INGREDIENTS
5. POUR THE MIXTURE IN TWO SIX INCHES TIN AND BAKE INTO PRE-HEATED OVEN AT 180° C FOR 35-40 MINUTES

NOW ABOUT THE ICING

MIX EVERYTHING GIVEN IN FILLING BAKE BAKERY STYLE OR HOMEMADE VANILLA SPONGE IN 8 INC

CUT CAKE IN 3 PARTS

TAKE ONE PART

SOAK WITH SUGAR SYRUP

PUT THE ABOVE PREPARED FILLING

PUT NEXT LAYER OF CAKE SOAK WITH SUGAR SYRUP

PUT THE ABOVE PREPARED FILLING

NOW PUT 3RD LAYER SOAK WITH SUGAR SYRUP

APPLY WHIPPING CREAM
