Short Recipe Description

Biskuti masala chai truffles are the perfect mix between fudge and soft caramel. Rich and decadent with dark chocolate and intensely fragrant the sharp notes of warm spices.

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients:
80 gm Dark chocolate
40 gm fresh cream
½ tsp Chai Masala
1 tea bag
3-4 drops Fab chai masala oil soluble essence
½ tsp butter
2 tsp Biskut apyura premium spread
20 gm Crushed biscuits
METHOD

Method
• In a small sauce pan warm the cream.
• Add tea bag and Chai masala.
• Let the cream, tea and masala infuse for 30 min.
• Remove the tea bag.
• Reheat the cream again and add in the chocolate.
• Add Fab chai masala oil soluble essence.
• Gently stir till all chocolate is melted and is smooth and shiny.
• Add crushed biscuits.
• Add 1 tsp Biskut apyura premium spread. Mix it well.
• Transfer to a shallow bowl and refrigerate for 30-40 min.
• Roll into smooth balls and refrigerate again for 10 min.

Assembling
• Melt dark chocolate on double boiler.
• Add 2-3 drops of Fab chai masala oil soluble essence.
• Dip the truffles in melted chocolate.
• Refrigerate for 15 min.
• Fill 1 tsp Biskut apyura premium spread in a piping bag.
• Drizzle it on truffles.
