Short Recipe Description

A healthy soft melt in the mouth bread which is appropriate for a perfect monsoon evening with a cup of Tea

INGREDIENTS
For the Bread:-
1. 2.5 Cup Wheat Flour
2. 1/2 Cup Maida
3. 3/4 Tablespoon Instant Yeast
4. 1 TSP Salt
5. 1.5 TSP Sugar
6. 2.5 TBSP Olive Oil
7. 150 ML Milk
8. 150 ML water
9. 1/2 TSP FAB Biryani Flavor

For the Filling :-
1. Finely Chopped Onion - 1
2. Fined Chopped Green chilly
3. Pinch of Red chilli Powder
4. Pinch of haldi (Turmeric)
5. 1 TSP Kasthuri Methi
6. 1/2 Biryani Masala
7. 1/2 FAB Biryani Flavour
8. 1/4 TSP Salt
9. 1 TBSP Oil
METHOD

1. Gather all the ingredients of the Bread and continue to make a soft Dough.
2. Kneed the dough well for approx 7-8 Minutes
3. Cover the dough with a Cling wrap and allow the dough to rest for 45 Minutes.

Meantime preparation of Filling :-
1. Mix all the ready ingredients of the filling in a large bowl
2. Keep the ready filling aside

Assembling

1. Roll the dough and cut the dough into rectangular pieces
2. Spread the prepared filling evenly on the dough
3. Cut the rectangular dough into strips
4. Roll it and press it gently to form a spiral (like a swiss roll)
5. Place the ready dough in a greased baking tray.
6. Prove it for 40 Minutes
7. Milk wash the proved Bread.
8. Bake it at 180 C for 20 Minutes
9. Smear butter on the warm bread for flavoring.
10. Serve hot

Baker Tips/Notes

Baking time varies as per Oven/OTG.
The proving time can be increased by 15 minutes if the climate is cold.
