Short Recipe Description

Kiwi

Kiwis are small fruits that pack a lot of flavor and plenty of health benefits. Their green / golden flesh is sweet and tangy. It's also full of nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, vitamin E, folate, and potassium. They also have a lot of antioxidants and are a good source of fiber. Their small black seeds are edible, as is the fuzzy brown peel, though many prefer to peel the kiwi before eating it.

Blueberry

Fresh blueberries are a popular summer treat. They have a sweet flavor, and loaded with nutritious.

Strawberry
It's not from Berry family
They're an excellent source of vitamin C and manganese and also contain decent amounts of folate (vitamin B9) and potassium.
Strawberries are very rich in antioxidants and plant compounds, which may have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control

INGREDIENTS
Step 1.
1. Golden Kiwi 1 p (peeled n diced)
Curd 1/2 cup
Honey 1tsp
Few drop Fab Kiwi flavour
2. Strawberry 6,7 (clean n diced)
Curd 1/2 cup
Honey 1tsp
Few drop Fab Strawberry flavour
3. Blueberry 1/4 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
Honey 1tsp
Few drop Fab Blueberry flavour
METHOD

All three separately .. one by one Drop in mixture grinder n churn.
Then keep in freezer to chill for 30 min

Assembling

50g whipping cream
Some colourful chocolates (opt)
Nutella 2 tsp (opt)
As per ur likes u can layer the smoothie glass
But in between each layer of yogurt add whipping cream layer to avoid d flavour mixing
