Short Recipe Description
It is tender, moist and chocolaty bread with nuttiness of peanut butter.
200 gm Maida
4 gm Instant Yeast
50 ml Milk
50 ml Water
½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
15 gm Butter
50 gm Sugar
2 no Banana (sliced)
2 gm Salt
2 tbsp Apyura Premium Choco Peanut Spread
Take water add sugar and yeast in it. Water should be lukewarm. Leave it for 10 minutes. It will be frothy.
In a bowl take maida, yeast mixture and milk.
Now knead a soft dough. Add butter and salt. Knead it until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. Place dough in a greased bowl covers it with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.
Degas the dough, on a lightly floured surface roll dough into rectangle. Spread Apyura Premium Choco Peanut Spread onto dough generously and sprinkle cinnamon powder.
Cut 1 ½ "wide strips.
Place sliced bananas on a strip, cover it with other strip again place sliced bananas on it.
Put 3rd strip upside down on it.
Cut the strips into pieces and put it into muffin tray.
Proof it until it gets doubled in size.
Bake it at 200℃ for 10-12 min.
After taking it out from the oven, brush it with melted butter.
Serve it hot.
• Check your yeast before using.
• Knead the dough properly until it gets smooth and elastic. It is necessary for getting soft bread.
