INGREDIENTS
Smoothie Ingredients: Avacado - 1 No. Banana - 1 No. Tender Coconut Water - 1 Cup Honey/Maple Syrup - 1 tablespoon Epigamia Blueberry Greek Yogurt( any flavour you can choose) - 90grm or 1/4 cup Chia Seeds - 1 teaspoon Frozen Blue Berry- 1 tablespoon Frozen Cranberry - 1 tablespoon Frozen Strawberry - 1 Tablespoon Apyura Premium Spread Berry Blast - 2 tablespoon Chocolate Berry Blast Filling in between Apyura Premium Spread Berry Blast - 4 tablespoon White Chocolate - 15 grams melted Chia seeds - 1/2 teaspoon For Garnish Chia Seeds Frozen Blue Berry Frozen Cranberry Frozen Strawberry |
METHOD
Blend together Avacada, Banana, Tender Coconut Water, Chia seeds, all berries, Apyura Premium Berry Blast spread and honey/ maplesyrup
in a mixie/smoothie maker/ blender.
Melt chocolate and berry blast add chiaseeds in it and mix well
In a Jar of your choice and arrange it in layers 1 layer of smoothie and 1 layer of chocolate berry spread
Garnish the top with some berries and chiaseeds.

In a Jar of your choice and arrange it in layers 1 layer of smoothie and 1 layer of chocolate berry spread
