Delhi walon ki favourite dish -

Ingredients
Baked Katori
Maida 150 gms
Oil 30 gms
Salt to taste
1 tsp ajwain

Chaat ingredients
Boiled kabuli channa 100 gms
Mixed sprouts 100 gms
Pomegranate handful
Boiled potatoes 1/2 cup
Tomato 1 chopped roughly
Pineapple slices ( tinned ) 4 rings
Sev 1/2 cup
Apple cubes 1/2 cube

Curd 500 gms
4 tbsp of pineapple juice from the tin to sweeten the curd
Salt
Red chilli powder
Zeera powder
Lemon oil based essence

Atom bomb chutney
Guava puree 1 cup
Guava essence
Salt
Rock salt
Jaggery powder 150 gms
Zeera powder

Method
Mix all the ingredients for the filling . Add salt , a very little of pineapple juice and lemon essence .
Keep aside

No mix all the ingredients for katoris , roll out a thin chapati , line either a cupcake tin or tart moulds with oil and place the dough and bake at 160 degrees for 25 mnts

Meanwhile mix thick curd with all the ingredients and let it chill . Add just a dash of lemon essence for a fresh flavour.

Atom bomb chutney
Boil the guava puree with jaggery powder till the chutney becomes transparent.
Let it cool and add all the masalas and guava oil based essence . Let it cool

Assembly
Place the filling over the baked katoris and put a big dollop of curd , chutney , coriander and sev .
It’s a perfect snack for the choti choti Bhookh.
Serve chilled , very little calories and can binge guilt free .
