INGREDIENTS
Apyura primium spread eliachi toffee, 1/2 glass Cashew nut,
1/4glass of Pista,
1/4 glass of Kishmish ,
1/2 glass of Almond( Roasted n chopped ),
A glass of Ghee for Samosa fry.
METHOD

�'�For Samosa dough- 1 glass of maida, 1/4 glass of ghee, 1/2 tbs baking powder, 2 tbs Sugar, required amount of water.
�'� For sugar Syrup- 1 glass of Sugar, 1glass of water, 1 pinch of keshar.
🌼Method-
�'�1st step: Prepare Samosa dough with maida, ghee, sugar, baking powder, water. After prepared dough keep aside for 1hr.
�'�2nd step: Take Roasted n chopped cashew nut, kishmish, pista, almond in a bowl and mix with 1/3 Apyura gently.
�'�3rd step: Take a pan and prepare sugar syrup with Sugar, water and kesar, then keep aside. Make sure syrup is thick enough which can form 1 tar.
�'�4th step: Take Samosa dough and give Samosa shape and fill the prepared Apyura with nut mixture.
�'�5th step: Take a kadai, put ghee and make heat. Fry samosas under low flame till become golden in colour.
�'�6th step: Fried samosas dip into sugar syrup.
