INGREDIENTS
Eggless Vanilla sponge for cake( sub category):-
Flour-92g
Sugar-82g
Wpc-10g
Cake gel-4g
Water-100ml
Baking powder-5g
Baking soda-1g
Oil-10g
Vanilla essence-1tbs
METHOD

Recipe:- For the vanilla sponge (sub category)
Grease a 5" roun tin & preheat oven to 180° Celsius.Sieve dry ingredients. Mix sugar with water,add cake gel then mix dry ingredients gradually,add oil & Vanilla essence and mix properly to get ribbon consistency. Pour batter in tin & bake at 180 degree Celsius for 30 min.
For frosting (sub category):-
Take 250gm thaw whipping cream in a bowl & start beating with hand mixer. Start with slow speed then rise speed slowly medium to high. Beat untill hard peaks & keep in fridge for 10 min.
