Halim is rich in protien iron and calcium. Healthy kheer for all age groups specially in winter and enhances breast milk produce.
Contains Nuts & Seeds
8 to 10 almonds
2 tbsp halim seeds/aliv (Garden Cress)
4 to 5tsp sugar
Fab flavour butterscotch essence
Method - Soak almond in 1/4 th cup warm milk for 15 min.Grind this in a mixxi jar add more milk if required & make smooth paste. Soak halim seeds for 10-15 mins. In a pan take milk, almond paste, soaked halim and boil for 10 mins stirring in between. Now add sugar and keep on low flame for few mins. Add 2-3 drops Fab Butterscotch essence and serve hot or warm topped with roasted almond.
