INGREDIENTS
Ingredients to make cheena 1.Milk - 1& 1/2 litre 2.Vinegar+Water mix Ingredients to make kalakand 1.Milk -1/2litre 2.Milk powder - 3tbsp 3.Sugar - 2tbsp 4.Mango pulp-1/4cup 5.Fab mango essence 6.Rose syrup -1tbsp 7.Fab rose essence For garnishing - Almonds and dry rose petals |
METHOD
Method to make cheena :-
1.Take a pan and add milk and take a boil and then turn of the flame and add the vinegar and water mixture.Add the mixture in batches.And when the cheena comes out from the milk and take a sieve and keep a transparent cloth on it and put the cheena and squeeze the excess water and pour some cold water and squeeze the excess water and take it into a bowl.And mash it with potato masher and make it smooth and it's ready.
Method to make kalakand :-
1.Take a pan and add milk and take a boil out of it.Then add the sugar and milk powder and cook it until it is thick then and the cheena to it then again mash it. Cook it until there is no water. Then divide into three portions.And keep one portion white.and for the second one heat up a pan and add the cheena, mango pulp and fab mango essence and cook it for until there is no water. And for the third portion again heat up a pan and add cheena, rose syrup and fab rose essence and cook it until there is no water.
Assembling
Take a square box and place a clean wrap and first add the mango kalakand then add the white kalakand and then add rose kalakand and keep it in fridge for overnight.Then demould it and garnish with almonds and dry rose petals and it's ready enjoy.

When you are assembling make sure when you add the layers press each layer nicely.
