Category : Main Course Dish Cheesy Grilled Dhaniya Chicken Recipe: Ingredients: Chicken breast 4 Dhaniya 2 bunch Curd :1/2 cup (thick strained) Ginger 1" piece Garlic 1pod Greenchillies 4 Lemonjuice 1tbsp Cheddar cheese 1 cup Thick cream 1/2cup Salt to taste Garam masala 1 tsp Oil/butter 1tbdp Onion rings and lemon slices for garnishing FAB Cheddar cheese essence few drops Method: Cut the chicken breast into equal size pieces. Grind together Dhaniya, ginger, garlic, greenchillies, lemonjuice in a blender. Marinate the chicken with curd,ground green paste, cream,salt and garam masala. Leave it for 1hr. After 1 hr add cheese and Fab Cheddar cheese essence and butter/oil.Mix well Grill in your tandoor or Oven ,turning it over once, till done. Serve hot with Onion rings and lemon slices P.S. You can add cubed potatoes/baby potatoes with the chicken too.

4  -Chicken breast 
2 bunch-Dhaniya
1/2 cup (thick strained)-Curd
1"piece -Ginger
1pod-   Garlic
4 -Greenchillies 
1tbsp -Lemonjuice
1cup--Cheddar cheese 
1/2cup -Thick cream 
Salt to taste
1ts -Garam masala 
1tbsp -Oil/butteer

Onion rings and lemon slices for garnishing
1/4 tspFAB Cheddar cheese essence 
Method
  • 1. Cut the chicken breast into equal size pieces.
  • 2. Grind together Dhaniya, ginger, garlic, greenchillies, lemonjuice in a blender.
  • 3. Marinate the chicken with curd,ground green paste, cream,salt and garam masala.
  • 4. Leave it for 1hr.
  • 5. After 1 hr add cheese and Fab Cheddar cheese essence and butter/oil.Mix well
  • 6. Grill in your tandoor or Oven ,turning it over once, till done.
  • 7. Serve hot with Onion rings and lemon slices

Assembling

Serve hot in a platter with Onion rings and lemon wedges.Garnish with green chopped coriander leaves.
