Its a Indian fusion cake and my best seller too..

Ingredients
For cake (sponge)
250gm homemade vanilla premix
130ml water
10ml oil
25gm badam mix
1/2 tsp fab premium rasmalai essence
Few drops of yellow food color (optional)
 Frosting (decoration)
200ml- whipping cream
Apura rasmalai spread
Saffron (optional)
Rasmalai premium essence 1/4tsp 
 Rasmalai 6-7PCs
Some chopped dry fruits
Method
  • 1. For rasmalai sponge
  • Greaser 6" round tin and preheat your microwave to 180°c for 5-7mins
  • Mix homemade vanilla premix and badam mix.
  • Now, add water in dry mixture
  • At last add oil and fab premium rasmalai essence.
  • Batter is ready
  • 2. For rasmalai filling (layering)
  • 2tablespoon apura rasmalai spread
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • Mix apura rasmalai spread and whipped cream together and keep it aside
  • Soak ur cake with sugar syrup
  • * apply whip cream now add rasmalai filling
  • Then add rasmalai and some dryfriuts I between the layer
  • * repeat the process with your all layers
  • Crumble coat ur cake
  • Chilled cake for 30mins
  • Now finish ur Cake with ur desired design
  • Decorate ur cake as u want
