    Make sure yiur custard is not lumpy .you have to sieve before adding . Rose flavour not too much to be added.
About Recipe

With Butter, maida milk make tart then make pudding add esc and nuts ladtly assemble in tarts and garnish.

She loves Creamy Tarts and Rabdi is her favourite so I did a fusion dessert.

ENTRY 1

Recipe
Flour 150 gm 
Sugar 30gm 
Butter unsalted 70gm
Water ss require
First flour and butter with sugar __make crumbs like breadcrumbs
Add little water to make dough. Chill . Roll and cut disc now line the tart tin . 
Blind bake at 180 degree for 10_12 min 

Apple 2 , sugar 1/2cup , pinch salt, cinnamon pinch __ let cook and butter 1tbsp , when soft take out . Add some blueberry . 

RABDI CUSTARD
Reduce 1/2 kg milk to 250gm , add 2 tbsp condensed milk , 1tbsp cornflour dissolve in milk. 
Cool then add paneer mashed well and pureed. Add the FAB ROSE oil soluble flavour. 

ASSEMBLE 
In baked Tart add the apple mix then pour the Rabdi mix.
Bake at 180 degree till custard is all set. Garnish with apple fan and blueberries.

Assembling

Make Rabdi custard . Bake Tarts in mold .Fill in TARTS and garnish with nuts and apple
