Ladi pav with the aroma of spices

Ingredients
Wheat flour /maida 2 .5 cups
Sugar 1tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Yeast 1tsp
Thick curd 1tbsp
Fresh cream 1tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp

For the masala
Oil.
Onion 1 small finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Karipatta 10-12 leaves finely chopped
Corriander leaves few.finely chopped
Chat masala powder 1tsp
Dhana jeera powder 1tsp
Chilli flakes 1tsp

Butter with 3 drops of Fab Masala Bread essence to brush on top of baked pav.

Method
  • Heat oil .add the onion..gg paste..karipatta..corriander leaves...masala powders.. salt. Cook well..
  • Add the cooked onion mixture, curd,yeast cream,salt,sugar, oil to maida and knead well adding water.form a ball and keep covered in a greased pan till it doubles in size.
  • For second proofing..
  • Take the dough out knead fr 5_6 min..form a long rope cut into 9 parts..roll each into a ball and place in a greased pan and allow to proof..brush with milk wash
  • Bake at 180°for about 20 min.till golden brown on top. Take out of oven and brush it with butter in which 3 drops of Fab masala bread essence has been added.. cover with alluminium foil and keep fr few min..dont keep long in pan.loosen the sides and keep on a rack to cool.
