Mouth refreshing cookies

Ingredients
Gulkand paan cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup Maida
1/2cup besan
1/2 cupPowdered sugar
1 tbsp gulkand ( I used homemade)
2 to 3  tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp fab paan essence 
1/2 cup  ghee ( I used home made ghee)

Method
  • In a bowl, sieve all of the dry ingredients to avoid lumps. Now add gulkand
  • Mix it well.
  • Now in a separate bowl, add ghee
  • Add sifted powdered sugar to it.
  • Mix it till it's a very soft, smooth, and fluffy batter
  • Now add fab paan essences and mix it.
  • Add milk and mix it.
  • Now add all your dry ingredients, slowly, start kneeding the dough. But don't kneed it too much
  • Now cover the dough with a plastic wrap and store it in the fridge for atleast half an hour.
  • roll the dough with a rolling pin,
  • spread some rose petals  on the top, and gently press it inside the dough
  • preheat your oven.
  • With the help of cookie cutter and cut the cookie dough with it.
  • bake it at 160 °C for 20 minutes and then ENJOY!
