About Recipe

This is a very easy and royal dessert which can beade easily and can have at any hour of the day.

Ingredients

1.eggs...6
2.mawa ..150 GM's
3.almond blanched and coarsely grinded..50gms
4.sugar ..160 GM's
5.few saffron strands soaked in 1 tbsp of hot milk.
6.slice of bread ...1
7.Fab rose essence..4 drops
8.Desi ghee....4 tablespoons.
9.sliced almonds and pistachios for garnish.
10.silver leaves for decoration (optional)

Method
  • In a mixie jar add all the ingredients and blend it for 4 mins and pour in a greased 8*8 inch pan lined with aluminium foil and greased with desi ghee.
  • Pre heat oven at 180° for 10 mins.
  • Keep it in a pre heat oven and bake at 180° for 30 mins.
  • Check after 30 mins.
  • If you insert a knife it should come out clean.
  • Slice it after it cools and serve.
  • It can be stored in fridge for 5 days.
  • Enjoy and happy baking.
