About Recipe

This lip smacking dish is easy to make and can be relished with rice, roti or naan.

Ingredients
Chicken ....1 kg
1 cup barista ( golden fried onion)
Fab fried onion essence .....5 to 6 drops
Red chilli powder....2 tablespoons
Kashmiri red chilli powder....1 teaspoon for colour.
Haldi ...2 pinches
coriander powder ....1.5 tablespoons
Cumin powder......1 teaspoon
Salt as per your taste.
Ginger garlic  paste ...   2 teaspoon each
Kasuri methi ......2 teaspoon
Curd.......1 cup
Tomato puree or tomato paste .......2 tablespoons .

Oil ......5 tablespoon 
Butter.....20 grams
Elaichi ...4
Cloves....4
Cinnamon stick ....1 inch

Garnish.......barista
Green chillies
Ginger juliens
Coriander leaves
Lemon wedges.

Method
  • 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with all the ingredients except oil butter and spices and fab fried onion essence Reserve some barista for topping.
  • 2.Heat oil and butter in a pan add whole garam masala let it fry for one minute.
  • Now add the marinated chicken and cook on medium flame. you can add 1/2 cup of water and continue cooking until chicken is cooked.
  • 3.Now add fried onion essence and stir it.
  • 4.Garnish with chillies,coriander leaves,lemon, ginger juliens and barista
  •  5.Serve hot with naan, roti or kulcha.
